Gene tagging

Airmeith Bioscience has developed models to allow tagged protein expression without disrupting correct folding or localization within the cell. We designed a tagged Pellino 2 transgenic model, allowing definition of the protein levels within bone marrow derived macrophages compared to bone marrow derived dendritic cells.
